PricingUnless specified otherwise, all prices on the CompareYachtCharters.com platform are quoted per yacht for the entire booking period and include VAT and other applicable taxes. Most charter companies operate using the Euro currency (EUR) so any prices shown in another currency are only displayed as indicative only and may be inaccurate due to currency fluctuations and exchange fees. Please review the booking details carefully for any specific conditions before completing your reservation. We are not bound by obvious errors or mistakes, including misprints.
Our service is provided free of charge to users, and we do not add any additional charges or fees to the rental price. The yacht suppliers pay us a commission (a small percentage of the rental price) once the customer has made the payment.

ReviewsYour review may be published on the listing page of the yacht you rented to assist future customers. We reserve the right to edit, refuse, or remove reviews at our discretion.
Limitation of LiabilityTo the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the direct damages actually incurred, up to the total cost of your booking as confirmed in your reservation email.
